This book presents a collection of colourful "folk art" designs, inspired by the people, the landscape, and the long rug-making traditions of Canada's Atlantic Coast.
With just a simple backing, a small hoop and a basket of yarn and fabric scraps, you'll learn to create an array of hooked pieces. Full instructions are given on how to select materials, hook the loops, create special effects and finish the piece for the floor or wall. There is a pattern and colour key for each of the 33 designs in the book.
