GST is added to website prices sent within New Zealand.
Hands Ashford NZ Ltd offers a global mail order service. Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email or website. If orders are placed by phone, we prefer to also have an email sent confirming delivery address details.
Catalogue
A downloadable copy of our catalogue is available through the products section. If you wish to have a copy of this in paper form you can order it through the same products page. We have a charge for this paper catalogue to cover copying and postal costs. The Hands Craft Shop Catalogue contains a number of the product ranges we carry but obviously we cannot list everything. Our stock also changes so we will make every effort to keep the website catalogue as up to date as possible.
Shipping
Hands Ashford NZ Ltd ship standard post to destinations in New Zealand and International Air to other countries unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be finalised when processing your order as the website system adds each products shipping together and therefore the total can often be much more than the actual cost.
Returns Policy
We do not exchange or refund paints and books. Hands Ashford NZ Ltd reserve the right not to accept any returns. We will accept our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act by replacing faulty goods. Please notify Hands Ashford NZ Ltd in writing by email or fax should you have any problems. Please do not return goods to Hands Ashford NZ Ltd without prior instruction.

Hands Ashford NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for products not used according to manufacturers instructions.
